Staging update

Well, it has been a very busy and successful New Year. I have staged from Somerville to Magnolia to Pepperell back to Boxford since the first. I finished Middleton in January they did receive one offer after a week but not a good enough offer so it was not accepted. I de-staged the Beverly condo after a fast sale and delivered that condo right to Magnolia, I completed Danvers on Friday( this property has been on the market for approx. one year with no good offers, first open was on Sunday, two offers on Monday one accepted...Yahoo for staging. I completed Wenham, first open was on Sunday the 15th no offers but some interest...I completed Somerville, first open was on the 15th...no offers yet...but interest and action. I completed Magnolia first open is next Sunday...lets hope for offers(this property was staged by Yankee Magazine and featured as a "green house" last year, they had two potential buyers that didn't pan out, I just completed staging it, let's see what happens. I began in Pepperell today, they will be living in there home this was a re-design. I will post pics as soon as I get them from photographer. Staging is truly amazing, I love it and I love the results it brings to all my clients. If you are thinking of selling YOU must think of staging.
